I understand that is not easy to forgive someone and forget , people say , I have forgiven the person but sincerely from the heart , they have not , they are saying it like they don't want to describe as a heartless human being.
Forgiveness gives you peace of mind.
It make you happy.
You are able to progress and move forward in your life.
Your conscience is clear with no guilt , it might be family issues , career issues , friendship issues and others but always remember that you are the one in pain and not the person , you are going through hell and the person knows nothing about it.
