Felix: it's not a yes/no answer for me, beyond outward beauty there are many qualities that I might look out for.
If she has good qualities, surgery won't be a problem.

Felix: How a person carries him/herself, how you treat yourself and don't allow other people's opinion and lifestyle affect you, positively/negatively.
