1. Business Development/Procurement Executive
minimum qualification - HND/ B.SC with 1-3yrs work experience. Candidates should possess the following qualities:
Strong purchasing experience to cover all aspects of procurement; vendor audits, quality control, price negotiation and order planning.
Demonstrate good communication skills, along with an ability to work in a team environment, as well as an ability to work unsupervised and exercise initiative to resolve potential problems.
Demonstrate a good ability to work under pressure.
Demonstrate an ability to effectively utilise dedicated resources, and the ability to plan, control, and take responsibility for own work.
Demonstrate competency in IT application tools
Excellent team spirit approach in job functions.
Good customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Human Resources Officer
minimum HND/B.sc with 1-3yrs experience as a Human Resources/admin staff qualification.
• Administer Compensation benefits and performance management systems and safety and recreation programs.
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
• Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Perform difficult staffing duties including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures
• Analyse and modify compensation benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
• Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations.
• Analyse training needs to design employee development,language training and health and safety programs.
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates.
• Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
• Develop, administer and evaluate applicants test.
• Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs
• Conduct exit interview to identify reasons for employment termination
• Investigate and report on industrial accidents for insurance carriers.
3. Accounting Officers
minimum HND/B.sc with 1-3yrs working experience as an accounts/finance officer
• Preparation of management account.
• Reviews accounting documents to ensure the accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries.
• Provides technical support to outside auditors and governmental program auditors.
• Preparation and reconciliation of cash flow position.
• Posts data to various ledgers and journals
• Preparation of monthly payroll and attending to issues arising from payroll.
• Prepares reimbursement requests; prepares correspondence and expenditure reports, monitors related expenditures and ledgers; prepares annual expenditure reports.
• Monthly reconciliations of banks, creditors and salary accounts,
• Performs internal audits of accounts payable, payroll distribution, fixed assets, and cash.
• Liaison with auditors, banks and other companies on behalf of the company
• Supervision of the preparation of VAT, PAYE, Pension and WHT returns
• Analysis of the trial balance and reconciliation
