Refpayday is partnering with an international VPN software provider to offer a VPN to the Nigerian market. We seek motivated and computer literate individuals to fill the position of Technical Support.
Job Title:
Technical Support
Key Responsibilities:
1. Introduce people to VPN and Educate them on the benefits of using VPN software on their devices
2. Assist people to install the VPN on their devices such as Windows PC and Android mobile devices.
3. Render support to clients using the VPN
Requirements and Qualification:
1. Highly motivated
2. Candidate must enjoy talking to people about new technologies
3. Bachelors degree or HND will be an advantage
4. SSCE Holders and OND holders will be accepted if they can demonstrate their love for technology and motivation to share technology with others.
