I feel this pressure within me and a cry for help by young corporate workers (contract staff - to show them better means of income, entry levels - middle level managers - to show them a Wealth Creation vehicle that will also help them retain the wealth with little to no additional efforts required) and entrepreneurs - to assist them secure a brighter future, having a retirement plan!
I sure know that Real Estate Investment is TIMELESS (i.e it will always remain relevant, can't go out of fashion, can't be out dated, etc).
What I am not sure of is why over 80% of young corporate workers are giving car loan once their employment has been confirmed but NO mortgage/housing scheme or fund
and also very few entrepreneurs invest in Real Estate.Real Estate Consulting and Realtor
