Associate, Human Resources
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in human resource management in international institutions or organisations
- Understanding and solid experience of HR strategy implementation
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resources Management components and developments
- Good knowledge of the Financial Service industry and its operations
- Strong numeracy skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SAP HR systems
- The role will be based in Lagos, Nigeria
