Implement Human Resources Strategy on talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, welfare, employee development, succession planning, etc. to ensure the availability of required capabilities to deliver the business priorities.
Develops and implement a departmental budget
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits globally.
Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
Drive cultural change initiatives to ensure workforce alignment, engagement, and retention
Build robust Human Resources organization, HRIS, processes, and infrastructure (ERP) to support business strategy and goal
