Qualifications/Skills Needed:
PLEASE NOTE: A strong portfolio with 2-3 case studies that demonstrate your ability to solve complex user problems through content design and UX writing.
This role is for a CONTENT DESIGNER (UX Writer), NOT a UX Designer. This person will partner with a UX Designer and be responsible for the content design in mobile and web experiences. They must have excellent writing skills.
They Will:
• Own content design for their product team, becoming an expert on product features, user needs, and business objectives.
• Research & Discovery: Conduct content audits, user research, and competitive analysis to inform content strategy.
• Collaborate on Design: Work alongside UX designers to co-own the design process, from ideation to release. Contribute to user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design iterations.
• Write Clear, Accessible Copy: Create interface content for dialogs, onboarding, error messages, tooltips, labels, and more, ensuring it’s clear, inclusive, and accessible.
• Shape Brand Voice & Tone: Help define and maintain the brand voice and tone across all product
Tools & Process: Proficiency in Figma or other design tools, with the ability to create and review content within wireframes and prototypes.
