2 Job Title: Spare Parts Manager

Location: Apapa

Experience: 2-5 years


The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for managing the spare parts sales and logistics process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of parts to our valued customers.


Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and source correct parts and part numbers for MHE and CE products from parts manuals.

-Prepare and send accurate pricing quotations to customers using Navision and Excel.

-Generate and issue invoices and coordinate the shipment of parts to customers.

Manage and coordinate the logistics of parts and equipment to various customer locations.

-Ensure adherence to material flow processes, including Goods Received Notes (GRN), gate passes, and Excel register updates.

-Maintain accurate records of all activities and provide regular reports to superiors.

-Achieve monthly spare targets by implementing tactical action plans.

*-Provide daily and weekly activity reports to the reporting manager, ensuring quality, timeliness, and follow-up.

-Actively interact with and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.

-Proactively seek new business through cold calling and follow-up to achieve invoicing goals.

-Manage Vendor/Customer interaction on Email.


Qualifications :

-2-5 years of experience in handling spare parts quotations with vendors and customers.

-Proven experience in dealing with spare parts from the heavy machinery industry.

-Strong knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts) and Construction Equipment (Backhoe Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders, etc.).

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficient in email communication and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive "go-getter."
