*Key Responsibilities*
*Demand Forecasting & Planning*
- Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts using advanced forecasting tools and methodologies
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to predict future demand
- Create short-term, medium-term, and long-term demand plans across multiple product categories
- Collaborate with sales teams to incorporate market intelligence and customer insights into demand plans

- Coordinate with supply planning team to ensure production schedules align with demand requirements

- Prepare regular demand planning reports and KPI dashboards for management
- Conduct root cause analysis for forecast variances and implement corrective actions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors that may impact demand
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management
*Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree or professional certification (APICS, CPIM) preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related analytical role
- Previous experience in FMCG industry highly preferred
- Experience with statistical forecasting methods and demand planning software
