Install, configure, and commission solar PV systems, inverters, charge controllers, batteries, and associated electrical components.
Install and maintain CCTV/security systems, including IP and analog cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and cabling.

Supervise and coordinate technicians and assistants during installations.
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation schematics.

The role involves translating engineering designs into practical on-site solutions while applying strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of project workflows, construction methodologies, multidisciplinary engineering principles, and work delivery coordination.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute engineering activities across project lifecycle phases including FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Handover
Support the development and review of Engineering deliverables such as P&IDs, PFDs, equipment datasheets, isometric drawings, 3D models, and MTOs
Ensure all engineering designs comply with applicable international standards (API, ASME, ISO, IEC, ANSI) and project specifications
Coordinate discipline engineering technical inputs into project scope definition, basis of design, and project execution planning
Conduct and participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and constructability reviews
Assist in the preparation of RFQs, perform technical bid evaluations (TBE), and review vendor documents for compliance
Manage technical coordination and interfaces among engineering disciplines, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless integration of designs and execution plans
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying technical risks and deviations, and implementing corrective actions
Provide site-based technical support during construction, installation, and commissioning activities
Resolve field engineering queries (TQs), non-conformances, and coordinate design modifications as required
Review and approve construction and installation method statements, procedures, and work packs to ensure technical accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and company’s safety management system.
Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including system walk-downs, punch-listing, and performance testing
Track lessons learned, Participate in various project stage gate reviews, coordinate Root Cause Analysis where required, and drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives post-project execution
Apply cost control and value engineering principles while maintain strict adherence to project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Utilize engineering and project management tools such as AutoCAD, CADWorx, PVElite, SmartPlant, Navisworks, Aveva, MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.
Coordinate Technical Assurance at various stages of projects, liaising with QA/QC teams to ensure that project deliverables are flawlessly achieved.
Manage the implementation of project Contracting/Subcontracting Plan, from Demand through Tendering, Evaluation, Selection, Award, Execution and Closeout to meet project requirements.
Conduct Post Implementation/Execution Reviews or After Action Reviews to systematically review project outcomes, identify successes and challenges, and implement actionable improvements for enhanced subsequent performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
Master’s Degree is an advantage.
Must be a COREN registered Engineer.
Must have PMP Certification from PMI
5-7 years of experience in Project Management out of which 3 years would have been in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Proficient in coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering teams
Solid grasp of process engineering principles
Familiar with major project execution models
Interface management in brownfield and greenfield environments.
