Nigerian singer BNXN has reacted strongly after American rapper Fat Joe made comments about his name during a podcast.
Speaking alongside Buju Banton, Fat Joe reportedly referred to BNXN as “fake Buju,” suggesting that he had to change his name after being called out.
In response, BNXN took to X to address the remark, criticising what he described as misinformation about African music and its artists, and telling Fat Joe to educate himself.
