Today is a happy day for me not going to tell you , I know you are interested to know NAW is a secret , I am proud of all the billions/trillions of ladies around the continent it is not easy to embrace the pain of menstrual pain , I feel it and I get so weak , hungry and restless. I remember in high school my sidee was rolling on the floor because of menstrual pain and most men don't understand which is why I am writing about women and our period.

Sex is not the cure to our period most ladies will not tell you they are happy because you wont have sex with them , no blowjob or sucking of nipples they are sex free for a week without you touching them and they deserve that break all you need to do is love them and support them , remind your ladies when they are taking sugary things to consider their pain.

Ladies no matter how tired you can be from a busy day don't forget to take a shower there are times am stress up , you have no choice for your vaginal to be healthy at least twice daily.

Change your pad frequently stop managing is your health , you are only doing yourself.

Avoid fingering yourself , you are allowing germs if you do that.

Drink water and not drinks including alcohol.

Don't smoke.

Exercise your body , it helps and relieve you from pain and stress.

Lastly I know after your period you want to be free from pad but you need it the next day even if your period stop , wear it and love the fact you are a beautiful woman.

Never forget to have an extra pad in your bag.
