Relationship is not the cure to loneliness

  I have heard so many people saying they are tired of being alone that word 'LONELINESS' they believe that the cure to it is having a relationship , yes is not going to be perfect but they want someone to remove the loneliness.

The truth is we all are lonely in our sort of ways and is not a bad thing because if you go into the relationship , there are things that you want deeply and can't get then you get depress and leave the relationship. Relationship are for those that know what they want , they don't carry the shoulders of loneliness into the relationship is a baggage and it need to be empty and not accepted.

Another reason why most men and women go into relationship because of sexual pleasure they are tired of touching their-selves and want to explore other people's bodies , they don't care about the emotions of the person , I classified that person as a selfish and heartless human being , no offense but relationship is not a place to cure your loneliness, you can cure it without being in the relationship , how can you do that?

1 get to know your self your likes and dislikes.

2 explore and stop staying inside all the time , is a good thing to be indoor but be an outdoor person , I am both and it feels good to me.

3 go out on a couple of date [ platonic friendship]

4 hang out with your girlfriend

5 love nature and ponder on what it feels like to be alive and bless.

6 be thankful

7 learn to smile

8 go to the library

9 write down your goals and wishes where you want to be.

10 listen to great music

11 dance

12 read books

13 get a skill and be good in it is not about being perfect but loving what you do gives you the joy and happiness you can't get else where

14 feel the breeze

15 embrace the sunlight

16 hang out with co- workers

17 hang out with families no matter the distance.

18 help someone in need

19 compliment someone

20 put a smile on someone face

21 cheer up and be fun

22 make jest of yourself and be weird

23 love yourself

24 embrace yourself and be strong.

25 eat good food and fruit.
