I have spent three years regarding this topic “What nobody will tell you about sexual purity”.
WHAT IS SEXUAL PURITY?
According to Lds.org
Do not have any sexual relations before marriage and be completely faithful to your spouse.
My definition of sexual purity is abstaining from sexual relations is not just about the physical body is about the thought.
1 THOUGHT
What you think about comes from the thought , you need to clear your thought and if you cant , I suggest you go outside is not going to be easy because the thought is powerful and strong and it lead to the touching and kissing because your thought define what you should do and you need to be careful of what you think about.
2 YOUR BODY
I read a scripture from the book of Mormon that says your body should be holy that uncleanliness will not inherit the kingdom of God.
No one is perfect but the truth is you need to control your body which is the flesh do not give in to the temptation no matter how strong it can come remember that you are the sons and daughters of heavenly father.
3 THE FREINDS YOU KEEP
The friends you keep really matter are they the kind that indulge themselves in sexual intercourse before marriage because there is no way you will surely be affected by their words and you need to be careful.
I am not saying you should leave them but I will say do not be deceive by their words and do not judge them it is left for God to judge them.
4 THE RELATIONSHIP YOU KEEP
Most men go into a relationship because of sex and they will do everything in their power to get it and ladies we believe in romance and love that we get easily deceive by their words and we fall for it.
Are you in a relationship that the guy keep asking you are you a virgin?
When last have you had sex?
Do you want to have sex?
I love you and if you do have sex with me?
To be honest that relationship is not Godly and there is no way you will be sexually pure if you stick by that kind of person in your life.
You need to let go and move on with your life , that person is not yours and you cant change the person habit.
Not all relationship is base on sex , most relationship is base on love , spirituality , self improvement , personal growth and adding value to each other.
In that relationship you are both going to damage yourself and is going to torment you for the rest of your life no matter how you try to ignore it.
5 GET MARRY
According to Apostle Paul he said if you cant control your though and flesh get marry to the person to satisfy your sexual hunger and appetite.
I agree with apostle Paul instead of damaging each other body and mind you get to please each other without sinning and I also want to make it clear do not go into marriage because of sex , go into marriage because you love that person and can breathe without that person they make you a better person.

We knelt across the altar of the Switzerland temple being only 20 and 22 years of age respectively . we were worthy of the covenant , we had no real clue of what to expect , we had no work experience , we were quite poor.
All we had in abundance was our love for each other and a lot of naïve enthusiasm. But we began building our world together. we did not postpone having children and we needed to support to each other in getting our education , we strongly believed in the lord’s promise that “ if ye do keep his commandments he doth bless you and prosper you and he did.”
He further said “ do not trifle with sacred things , once you reach a marriageable age , don’t just date for fun , never compromise your eternal birthright by doing anything that would deprive you of making the most important covenant.
As you treat each date as a potential eternal companion you will never do inappropriate things that would physically harm your date or compromise your own worthiness and darken your vision.
Going out on date should be platonic and simple.
